General Reservation and Payment Procedures:

After your reservation request is submitted below, we will send you an email with an invoice showing the total amount due and the rental terms, procedures and rules. If you agree to rent and follow the procedures in this followup email, you will receive a second email confirming your reservation.

Generally, in order to secure your reservation dates, you will be required to prepay 50% of the total amount of rental fees, other fees, taxes and deposits. The remainder of amounts due must be paid before or upon check-in.

All Cancellations must be made by email. Cancellation refund and forfeiture policy:
30 days or more: Only $100 forfeited.
7 to 30 days: 50% of all prepayments forfeited.
less than 7 days: All forfeited - NO REFUNDS.

Once we receive your reservation request, we will send you an email with instructions regarding payment and confirmation procedures. The rental terms, policies and rules will be attached to this email for your review and agreement. The rental terms, policies and rules are also available on this website.

YOUR RESERVATION IS NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL A FINAL CONFIRMATION EMAIL IS SENT TO YOU AFTER REQUIRED RESERVATION PAYMENTS ARE MADE AND YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS, POLICIES AND RULES OF THE RENTAL.
